Objectifs du cours :
As organizations move from experimenting with social business tools to incorporating them into business processes, the need to manage them as business assets becomes critical. The Social Media Governance (SMG) Training Program describes best practices for incorporating social business technologies into a governance framework, developing policies and procedures, identifying roles and responsibilities, and capturing social content for litigation or as part of a records program. The Social Media Governance course covers the strategies, methods and tools needed to manage content from social business applications.

Pour suivre ce cours, les stagiaires doivent disposer des connaissances suivantes :
- Basic computer knowledge. The student should know how to navigate to folders and files on a computer running Microsoft Windows.
- The student should know basic file-management skills.
